TRANSCONNECTS LOGISTICS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern your use of the Transconnects Logistics, LLC (the "Company") website and services. By using the Company's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Company's website or services.

2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

"Carrier" means a third-party transportation company that transports freight on behalf of the Company's customers.

"Customer" means a person or entity that uses the Company's services to book and ship freight.

"Freight" means any and all goods, merchandise, or other property that is transported by the Company or its Carriers.

"Services" means the freight brokerage services provided by the Company to its Customers.

"Website" means the Company's website located at https://www.transconnects.com .

3. Services
The Company provides freight brokerage services to its Customers. The Company works with Customers to understand their freight needs and then finds the best Carrier to transport the Customer's freight safely and efficiently. The Company also works with Carriers to help them find freight to haul and get the best rates.

4. Customer Obligations
Customers agree to provide the Company with accurate and complete information about their freight needs. Customers also agree to pay the Company's fees for its services. After arrival at the origin and/or destination (or at start of scheduled pick up/delivery time), if a carrier’s driver is held for more than 2 hours waiting to load and/or unload, customer agrees to pay a detention fee of $75.00 per hour thereafter for non - specialized freight . The detention for a specialized freight will be discussed case by case. Detention time billable is in 30 minutes increments. If a truck is ordered at shippers request and not used, shipper agrees to pay a fee of $250.00.
DESCRIPTION OF SPECIALIZED FREIGHT
Specialized freight in transportation is cargo that requires special handling, equipment, or expertise due to its unique characteristics, size, shape, or sensitivity. It includes a wide range of goods, such as:

Oversized or overweight loads, such as large machinery, industrial equipment, or oversized structures

Hazardous materials, such as flammable liquids, explosives, or dangerous chemicals

Temperature-controlled goods, such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals

Live animals

Fragile or valuable goods, such as artwork, antiques, and electronics
Specialized freight often requires specialized equipment to transport it safely, such as flatbed trailers, refrigerated trucks, or heavy-duty cranes. It may also require special permits or escorts if it is oversized or overweight.
5. Carrier Obligations
Carriers agree to transport Customer freight safely and efficiently. Carriers also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitations of Liability
The Company is not liable for any loss or damage to Customer freight caused by the Carrier. The Company is also not liable for any delays or other problems with shipments caused by the Carrier. We conduct screenings to find and make sure that the Carriers who transport your freight have active authority with above average safety score and are fully insured per FMCSA requirements. If any damages or delays are recorded, we will help and coordinate with any insurance claims if needed all the way to the end of the claim's process.

7. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by an event of force majeure, which includes any act of God, war, terrorism, natural disaster, or other event beyond the Company's control.
8. Agree to Text Messages
